A solo player can impress but can never win a match alone . A solo singer can sing but can never make a symphony .

Building a good team with great energy is like building an excellent football team or an orchestra . Both require multiple skills and talents and roles . And building team requires identifying the mindset , heartset and skill sets of everyone and aligning them in a complimentary manner. Building and sustaining teams require a lots of patience and empathy and positive energy . Building a team also require an attitude to identity and encourage the positive qualities of members of the team and help them to overcome limitations in a gentle and supportive manner .

There are multiple modes of energy that drive people . Some people are career driven . Some are purpose driven . Some are driven by a larger mission in life or even beyond their life. Some are driven by creative energies to create something new; a work of art, new knowledge , a break through in science , new imaginations, institutions etc.

Then there are those who are generally driven by positive energies . They will find positive traits of everyone, build bridges, win over people , influence institutions and society and inspire and spread smiles.
There are also driven by negative energies. They are driven by imagined or real opponents. They are quick to find fault of others . Will be good at finding a problem , though not solving it. They may burn bridges .They too play a role in politics and society .

It is our choices to reflect and learn what really drives each of us and transform our own source of energy to spread positive vibes .
