Something to ponder about life and work- and leadership. And also to know how do each of us can combine passion, mission, profession and vocation in a balanced way. That balancing act is often what makes us happy and excited about what we do, how do we do, how do we spend time and with whom you spend time - and how do we make a difference in our community and the larger world . . It is more about choices that we make about life than a simply choosing a career, or making money. The question is whether your work and organisation make you happy or unhappy. And if anything makes you constantly unhappy it is not worth pursing it or continuing in a job simply due to compulsion.
